New Favourite Cleanser - HABA Squa Facial Foam

The Japanese brand HABA (stands for Health And Beauty Aid) is one of my favourites for skincare. Their products do not contain mineral oil, parabens, fragrance or artificial colouring, and are formulated for sensitive skin.

Having used this HABA Squa Facial Foam daily for almost two weeks, it has quickly become an integral part of my skincare routine.

The Squa part is short of squalene, HABA's signature ingredient, found in shark liver oil. Squalene is high in oleic acid, whose purpose is to deliver and seal moisture into the skin. It is also known for its healing and tissue regenerating properties.

I love how this cleanser lathers up into a creamy foam; it's so much more satisfying to use with Clarisonic or Luna Mini than for example, the Innisfree The Minimum Cleansing Lotion, which stays in lotion form. HABA is also more efficient at removing makeup than Innisfree.

Only a small blob is needed, so ¥1,944 (approx £10.50) for 100g is a very reasonable price IMO.

This is now my go to daily cleanser. Used on my combination skin, it leaves the oily t-zone clean and my occasional dry cheeks feeling comfortable. Highly recommended!
